WHAT A CLASS ACTUALLY IS
01 — Before
Fifty minutes. One room, kept dark. A bike under you, an instructor at the front, and everyone else in the room working just as hard as you are.
02 — During
The lights go down before the first song. You clip in, find your resistance, and the ride starts before you've had time to think too hard about it.
03 — By the End
You'll sweat more than you expect. You'll want to quit somewhere around minute twenty and won't. By the last song, you'll understand why people keep coming back.
BEFORE YOU RIDE
You don't need much. Just show up.
Shoes, sorted.
We use SPD clips. If you've got your own compatible shoes, bring them. If not, we've got you covered on-site, no need to own anything before your first ride.
Hydration, covered.
Water's available on-site. If you want more, we sell energy drinks and hydrators at the front too. Forgot to bring something? You're covered.
Doors, and why they matter.
Doors open 15 minutes before class. Once the ride starts, they lock, so the room stays focused for everyone already in it. First time here? Come early. We'll get you set up with no rush.

Studio Policies
MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships renew automatically every 30 days. To cancel, we require at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date.
CLASS PASSES
Class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
LATE CANCELLATION
Cancel within 12 hours of your class and a $10 + tax fee applies. Pass holders get their class credit back once the fee is paid.
NO-SHOWS
Missed a class without cancelling? A $15 + tax fee applies.
CLASS TIMING
Class starts on time, every time. Doors lock the moment it begins so the room stays focused for the people already riding. Arrive with a few minutes to spare and you're fine.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All credit card payments are final. Approved refunds are issued as account credit only.
OUR STANDARD
Wolf Pack Studio is a space for everyone. We don't tolerate bullying, harassment, or anything that goes against that. Violations result in membership cancellation and forfeiture of any remaining passes, no refund.
EXCHANGES
Not happy with a purchase? Reach out within 14 days for an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged. We don't offer refunds on merchandise, exchanges only, and sale items or accessories (bottles, socks, hats) are final sale.
